I’m a lifestyle portrait photographer who primarily uses natural light and shoots on location, specializing in Weddings, Seniors/Fashion, and Families. My passion is capturing unscripted moments to save them forever in photographs. People are drawn to me for my personality and ability to connect with my subjects, unique style and eye, and willingness to approach each project with ambition. I make my photography an individualized experience.
I have taken numerous workshops and trained around the country. I am based out of the Fargo-Moorhead area and travel to serve the lakes area, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and beyond. Recently I have had projects in Chicago, Florida, Nashville, Texas, Georgia, Philadelphia, Wyoming, Washington D.C., Puerto Vallarta, Antigua, and the Dominican Republic.
I work on commercial projects for boutiques and magazines, receiving the honor of having several print covers of various publications. My work has been published in local, national, and international publications. I have been a featured artist both locally and beyond at galleries of various sorts. I was thrilled to be nominated the past few years into the Top 5 Best Photographers in the Fargo-Moorhead area and in 2016 being voted #1.
I am heavily involved in my community. I am an affiliated photographer with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep and also enjoy my work volunteering for Ampersand Families via the Minnesota Heart Gallery. I also have very much enjoyed my work with Project Kirkbride & Preservationworks. I have been an active member in the Jaycees.
